QuantumRepair started because every repair-shop software on the market felt like it was built by someone who had never stood behind the counter at 6pm with a cracked iPhone 13 and a customer who just wants their photos off it.
We’re a small team out of London, shipping globally. Our shop is a beta shop. Our product team works counter shifts. Our support channel is the actual engineer on call.
We write the software. We answer the support. We take out the metaphorical bins. A repair shop is a craft business; we run ours the same way.
Faster pace than shops expect — the Changelog is public for a reason. If we break something, we own it loudly.
We never touch your revenue. You bring your own Stripe / Square keys. We only charge the subscription.
